What is your collection type:
An insert card can be any additional card that you send out with your wedding invitations. Usually, we design cards for ceremonies, dinners/luncheons, registry information, and basic wedding details. Whenever you want to send one group of wedding guests specific information, you can include an insert.

A rubber stamp is fine. A printed return address is better. Your name and address on the back flap, in a font that actually matches the feel of your invitation suite — it's a small thing that makes the whole package look considered.
We print directly on the envelope flap (no labels, no stickers) in black, white, or a color matched to your envelope or invitation. Add it at checkout, submit your address, and it ships with your order.
Note: return address printing must be ordered alongside envelopes from our shop. We don't print on envelopes from outside sources.
Hand-addressing 150 envelopes sounds charming until you're three hours in with a hand cramp and two addresses left to redo. This is the part where we take it off your plate.
Upload your guest list at checkout, pick your font, and we print every address directly on the envelope — no labels, no inkjet smearing, no 2am regrets. Black or white ink available depending on your envelope color. Quantity matched to your order so everything arrives addressed and ready to stuff.
Note: guest address printing must be ordered alongside envelopes from our shop. We don't print on envelopes from outside sources.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Once your design is finalized and approved, printing takes about 6–8 business days, plus shipping time. If you’re editing your own Canva template, your timeline really depends on how quickly you complete your design. Most brides have everything ready to go within a few days to a week!
-
We recommend ordering your printed invitations 6–8 weeks before your wedding. That gives you plenty of time for design, printing, shipping, and addressing. Most couples send their invitations 5–8 weeks before the wedding, so working backward from that date is the best plan.

-
Yes; we can calculate your additional shipping options when you checkout. Just mention your shipping situations in the order form.
-
Once a file is approved for print, it’s sent directly into production — which means no changes can be made. We always recommend reviewing your design carefully before approval: check dates, names, and spelling one more time just to be safe!
-
Yes! White or cream envelopes are automatically included with every printed invitation order. If you’d like to upgrade to specialty colors (like black, kraft, navy, or pearl), you can add them on for a small additional charge.
-
Want to save time addressing envelopes?
Add professional return addressing or guest addressing to your order! It's a beautiful finishing touch that saves you hours of hand-addressing. To see pricing options, see here: Return Addressing or Guest Addressing
-
Always order one invitation per household, not per guest. Most couples find that 60–70% of their guest count is a good ballpark. We recommend ordering at least 10–15 extras for keepsakes, last-minute invites, or photography flat lays. Our advice is to always order the next quantity up as it usually ends up being more affordable per card. Its better to have extras than not enough.
-
Yes, absolutely — but keep in mind, our printing runs are grouped together for efficiency. That means a small reprint later may cost more per piece. If you think you’ll need extras, it’s best to add them to your first order!
-
Yes! Every Canva template is fully customizable, so you can adjust colors to match your palette. We suggest keeping text colors high-contrast for readability. Request all design ideas in your initial purchase and your designer will incorporate them into your design.
-
Totally fine! You can request alternate fonts to the ones shown. A list of fonts can be emailed upon request.
-
Every order includes a professional review where our designers check:
File resolution meets professional print standards
All elements are properly aligned and within print margins
Fonts are readable
Color format (CMYK vs RGB) is optimized for printing
Bleed and trim specifications are correct
Our designers ensure your file is technically print-ready and will flag any issues that could affect print quality. Final proofreading of your personal information (names, dates, locations) is your responsibility before approval.

It depends on your style!
Satin is smooth and luxe — great for bold or colorful designs.
Matte gives a modern, understated look.
Glossy makes colors pop for bright, vibrant suites.
Linen adds soft texture and dimension.
Pearl has a subtle shimmer that feels elegant and romantic.

Screen displays and printed colors naturally vary due to differences in device calibration, brightness settings, and paper finish. While we optimize every file for the best possible print results, slight color variations are normal in professional printing.
For the most accurate color preview, we recommend ordering a free sample pack to see how our premium papers and inks look in person. This helps you understand how your chosen colors will translate to print.
-
All of our papers are professional-grade cardstock, used by top stationery printers nationwide. They’re thick, durable, and made to impress — no flimsy papers here. You’ll feel the difference the moment you hold them.

Foil and letterpress are part of our luxury printing collection, available through our custom design services, not our Canva-printed templates. If you’re dreaming of that elevated finish, ask us about our custom design services!
