Select your ink color (black or white) and quantity to match your envelope order.

Let us know your font at checkout
Choose a matching font from your wedding invitation design. Please no handwritten or script fonts (we want the post office to be able to deliver your invites!)

Upload your guest list
Submit your file or Google Sheets link directly at checkout. Use our template to make sure your columns and formatting are print-ready before you submit.

We print and ship everything together
Your addressed envelopes ship with the rest of your order within the standard production window. One box. Everything done.
BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT
Your guest list needs to be print-ready.
We print exactly what you send us — no corrections, no edits. A few minutes of proofreading on your end saves a lot of problems on ours.
Your file needs to include:
First and last name (or full names as they should appear printed)
Address line (street number and name)
City, state, and ZIP
Address line 2 for apartment, unit, or suite numbers

We have a separate template for international guest addresses. Download it above or contact us before ordering.

Order the exact number of envelopes you need addressed. If you submit more addresses than envelopes ordered, the extras won't be printed. Its best to over order on envelopes and guest addresses.

Type names exactly as you want them printed — "Mr. and Mrs. John Smith," not "John + Sarah." We don't reformat.

Which ink works on which envelope?
Black ink works on white, ivory, blush, and most light-colored envelopes. White ink is for the dark ones — here's every envelope color in our shop that's compatible: Not sure which ink to choose? If your envelope is on this list, go white. If it's not on this list, go black.

The stuff worth knowing before you order.

Yes. Guest address printing is only available with envelopes purchased from our shop — either as part of a full suite order or through our print-your-own envelope shop. We don't print on envelopes brought in from outside sources.

Directly on the envelope. No labels, no peel-and-stick, no visible edges. It looks like it came from a stationery studio — because it did.

We print the quantity you ordered — extras on your list won't be printed. Make sure your envelope quantity and address quantity match before you check out, and add 10–15% more than your guest count to account for mistakes or late additions.

The list uploads at checkout — that's how we keep everything moving without back-and-forth. Have your file ready before you place your order. If you run into a problem, contact us right away and we'll sort it out before production starts. If you would like to get started with your wedding invitation order first, you can always come back and order your guest addresses when you are ready.

We print exactly what's submitted. If there's an error in your file, the envelope will reflect it. Double-check every address before you upload — spell-check doesn't catch a wrong house number.
