Once your design is finalized and approved, printing takes about 6–8 business days, plus shipping time. If you’re editing your own Canva template, your timeline really depends on how quickly you complete your design. Most brides have everything ready to go within a few days to a week!

We recommend ordering your printed invitations 6–8 weeks before your wedding. That gives you plenty of time for design, printing, shipping, and addressing. Most couples send their invitations 5–8 weeks before the wedding, so working backward from that date is the best plan.

Once a file is approved for print, it’s sent directly into production — which means no changes can be made. We always recommend reviewing your design carefully before approval: check dates, names, and spelling one more time just to be safe!

Yes! White or cream envelopes are automatically included with every printed invitation order. If you’d like to upgrade to specialty colors (like black, kraft, navy, or pearl), you can add them on for a small additional charge.

Always order one invitation per household, not per guest. Most couples find that 60–70% of their guest count is a good ballpark. We recommend ordering at least 10–15 extras for keepsakes, last-minute invites, or photography flat lays. Our advice is to always order the next quantity up as it usually ends up being more affordable per card. Its better to have extras than not enough.

Yes, absolutely — but keep in mind, our printing runs are grouped together for efficiency. That means a small reprint later may cost more per piece. If you think you’ll need extras, it’s best to add them to your first order!
