ANTHOLOGY PRINT
Studio Manager & Print Fulfillment Specialist
Part-Time · In-Studio · Rexburg, Idaho
About Anthology Print
We're a wedding stationery studio that has served 4,000+ couples over 18 years from our Rexburg studio. We do real, handcrafted work — letterpress, torn edge, custom design — for couples who care deeply about the details of their wedding day. Our studio is calm, creative, and intentionally small. We're growing, and we're ready to bring on our first studio team member.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-loving, bride-friendly studio all-star to join us part-time. This role sits at the heart of everything — you'll be the person who makes sure every order leaves beautifully, every bride who walks through our door feels taken care of, and our studio stays the kind of space we're proud to invite clients into.
This is a great fit if you love variety in your day, take pride in doing things right, and genuinely enjoy being around wedding-brained people.
What You'll Do
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
• Receive and open incoming UPS packages
• Assess print quality and count orders against studio standards
• Package and ship client orders; arrange local pickup times
• Update CRM with tracking numbers and send shipment notification emails
• Pick up printing jobs from our local supplier and assess quality on receipt
Light Printing & Production
• Run envelope printing, torn edge, and vellum jobs in-studio
• Tear paper for torn edge orders (yes, this is a real and satisfying job)
• Set aside marketing samples from incoming invite runs
Client-Facing
• Welcome brides for discovery visits and sample appointments
• Coordinate and manage file drop-off appointments
• Host pickup appointments with warmth and care
Studio Upkeep
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready
• Wash windows, sweep, clean bathroom, take out trash, break down and recycle boxes
• Flag supply needs and notify manager for reorders
Content & Marketing Support
• Shoot behind-the-scenes content clips during production — no camera experience needed, just an eye for what's beautiful
What We're Looking For
The Three Things We'll Be Hiring For:
01 Warm, people-first energy. Brides are in a season. You make them feel seen.
02 Detail obsession. You notice when something's off. You don't ship it anyway.
03 Creative eye. You appreciate beautiful things. You take pride in how things look and feel.
You don't need experience in print or stationery — we'll teach you everything. You do need to be reliable, self-directed, and the kind of person who leaves things better than they found them.
The Details
Pay: $13–$15/hr based on experience
Hours: 10–15 hours per week, set schedule with some semester flexibility
Location: In-studio in Rexburg, Idaho (this is not a remote role)
Start: As soon as the right person is found
We read every application personally. We'll be in touch.
